Mr. Hallé founded Cate Street Capital in 2009, after more than 25 years of successful financial development with several entrepreneurial, high-growth financial companies. At Cate Street, Mr. Hallé is responsible for strategic planning, business assets and overall corporate growth, including staff development and management. Mr. Hallé specializes in assessing opportunities and developing new business, as well as maximizing return on corporate investments. Over his career, he has developed a special expertise on investments involving energy, infrastructure and complex financing transactions.

A recognized leader at raising funds through both private equity and institutional markets, Mr. Hallé has originated, structured and executed approximately $5 billion taxable and tax-exempt debt through private offerings. He is well-known by industry peers as an astute, creative financier with the ability to structure elaborate and complex financing scenarios.

Mr. Olson is responsible for establishing and managing the day to day operational activities of the organization while also being responsible for the financial oversight and reporting across Cate Street’s portfolio. Mr. Olson has 20 years of progressive financial and operating experience at such companies as Precision Castparts, Staples, WICOR Americas (formerly Avery Dennison), and London Taxis North America. Mr. Olson is a graduate of Roanoke College with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration and also earned his MBA from Babson College.

Mr. Cyr is an expert business model feasibility analyst and widely recognized for his ability to maximize efficiencies and increase profitability. Over his 26 years in business, Mr. Cyr has successfully built and managed several companies, including Cyr and Knowles marketing and advertising agency, which was consistently ranked in the top 1% of most profitable agencies nationwide. As a strategic planning, marketing and sales management consultant, Mr. Cyr worked extensively with numerous publicly traded companies including BARD Pharmaceutical, Tyco International, Dexter Corporation, Lydall Industries and Willis Group Holdings.

Michael P. Ferree

Mr. Ferree handles technical analysis and operations oversight for Cate Street and has over 25 years of experience in industrial project and construction management, mechanical maintenance and energy development. Prior to joining CSC, Mr. Ferree maintained an active practice as an independent energy-project consultant for both private and public companies. He served 18 years as President of Gateway, N.A. that successfully developed and constructed three power generation facilities in Utah, California and New Mexico. Mr. Ferree was Vice President in the energy department at First Southwest Company, where he developed and reviewed energy-related contracts, performed due-diligence on energy technologies, energy conservation and distributed generation projects.



Chuck E. Grecco

Development

Mr. Grecco is responsible for underwriting, finance structuring, project management and execution of Cate Street’s development projects. He is well versed in the project finance arena, and has over 20 years in the field of financial business development, risk analysis, financial structuring and overall project management. In conjunction with his responsibilities as Managing Director, Mr. Grecco is the Project Manager of Cate Street’s Burgess BioPower facility in Berlin, NH.

Doug Harvin

Mr. Harvin is responsible for all of Cate Street's project finance, market and technical analysis, and financial modeling. He has more than 12 years' experience in financial markets, most recently as a senior director at Fitch Ratings, where he led rating analysis and research for energy and industrial project transactions. Prior to joining Fitch, Mr. Harvin was senior project manager for CornerStone Energy Advisors, during which time he developed market forecasts and performed due diligence for the valuation, acquisition, and financing of merchant power facilities. Mr. Harvin holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in mechanical engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Eastwick is responsible for the capital requirements of Cate Street Capital's affiliated companies. He has 18 years of experience in the industry, and prior to joining Cate Street, worked for several Wall Street banks including Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch. Eastwick has particular expertise in structuring and executing complex credit and derivative transactions, having worked with a wide range of corporations to provide innovative financing and risk management solutions. He has originated and executed over $20 billion in both public and private financings over the course of his career.

Bob Payne

Mr. Payne is responsible for sourcing project deal flow and has over 25 years' experience in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Cate Street, he was a principal of Kensington Industries and Investments, which structured energy companies through buyouts and recapitalization. During his tenure, the firm originated both debt and equity commitments of over $1.6 Billion. In addition, during his career he has held the position of CEO for Harvest BioFuels, Head of M&A for Wasserstein Perella & Co.'s global petroleum and chemical industry practice, Senior Banker at Citicorp Securities, and Business Development Manager for B.P. Oil Company. Mr. Payne holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the University of Utah.

Mr. Hallé is responsible for market development and sales across Cate Street Capital’s companies. With 20 years of sales and sales management experience, he has also been pivotal in the negotiation and execution of development projects. Mr Hallé has also had extensive experience in international trade and finance working in Switzerland for Baytur Trading SA, then Markins SA in oil and steel trading between the Middle East and Europe. He has been instrumental in establishing logistics and infrastructure for the export of Thermogen's torrefied wood pellets destined for the EU market.

Mr. Frecker is responsible for technical feasibility analyses, comprehensive permitting, and development execution of Cate Street’s projects. He has more than 25 years’ experience in managing and executing feasibility studies, comprehensive licensing and permitting, and project development support for large and complex projects including fossil fuel and renewable energy generating facilities, emerging renewable fuels technologies, solid waste management facilities, and chemical production and processing facilities.

Mr. Cleveland plays a pivotal role at Cate Street Capital as Equity Markets Director. He is responsible for institutional investor and private equity relationship management as well as new project assessments. Mr. Cleveland has more than 12 years of experience in finance, specializing in business development and product placement.

Alexandra K. Ritchie

Govt. & Community Relations

Ms. Ritchie is responsible for overseeing Cate Street's Government and Community Relations and has been instrumental in cultivating relationships between CSC and local and state officials. Her responsibilities include originating and executing various federal and state assistance programs and managing Cate Street involvement with political figures from local officials to U.S. Congressional delegations. Prior to joining Cate Street, Ms. Ritchie spent more than 10 years in the New Hampshire real estate market, focusing on development, marketing and project management. She is a graduate of Champlain College, Saint Lambert Quebec Canada.

Mr. Desrosiers oversees all finance and compliance aspects of Cate Street's business activity, providing direct oversight and management of compliance programs. Mr. Desrosiers manages key company relationships with essential counterparties as well as providing necessary support to the complex contractual aspects often present in Cate Street transactions. Prior to joining Cate Street, Mr. Desrosiers served as General Manager of Morgan Capital Company and held Account Executive positions with a number of financial firms specializing in asset-backed securities.



Michael C. Loulakis

Mr. Loulakis is President and CEO of Capital Project Strategies (CPS), a specialized consulting firm that provides strategic procurement, contracting and risk management advice to clients who develop and construct capital projects. Previously, Mr. Loulakis practiced law for almost 30 years with the national construction law firm of Wickwire Gavin, P.C., where he served as president and chairman until its merger with Akerman Senterfitt in 2006. He has extensive experience representing public and private sector owners in transportation, power, petrochemical and process industries – particularly on projects using design-build and EPC contracting. Mr. Loulakis is widely published, and is the author of several books on design-build and project delivery.

David Hill

Mr. Hill the former Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for AonHewitt, a $4.5B division of Aon. In this capacity he was responsible for their sales, marketing and product development functions. Prior to this role, Mr. Hill was a Senior Managing Director for Accenture, where over the course of 24 years, his client work spanned a number of industries including financial services, transportation, retail, and consumer goods. These programs were multi-year, technology-enabled change programs with both outsourcing and consulting initiatives that included organizational, human performance, process and IT components. In addition, Mr. Hill held several management roles from 2002 until 2005, during which he had P&L responsibility for the Consumer and Industrial Projects practice across North and South America as well as the Systems Integration practice.

Donald Richards

Mr. Richards is the former Senior Managing Director of Accenture’s IT outsourcing business. He was responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth and delivery of this $6 billion business to more than 600 clients globally. He has more than 30 years of experience, and previously held key leadership roles in several sectors of Accenture’s business including Managing Director for Accenture’s largest client accounts; Managing Director of the chemicals industry business unit and Cleveland office Managing Director.  Mr. Richards earned a Master's of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science from Case Western Reserve University.  He is also active on several other boards and committees including CWRU’s Corporate Visiting Committee (Co-Chair); Business Volunteers Unlimited Board and Cleveland Vicon Company Board.

Mr. Golden spent 28 years with Accenture where he managed large, complex business and information technology consulting projects for Global 1000 companies. He specialized in the defense and aviation, manufacturing, and retail industries. He also held various executive management roles including: Managing Director – Sweden and Finland; in the $2.1 billion Products Operating Unit he was the Managing Partner – Retail Industries in Europe and Africa, Managing Partner – Venture and Alliances, and Managing Partner – Global Operations; he then served as Corporate Chief of Staff, where he helped manage the transition of Accenture from a global partnership to an international corporation. Mr. Golden most recently was a co-founder and Managing Director of Alumni Capital Network, a private equity firm specializing in buying and building small to mid-sized businesses. He managed the fundraising for the firm's $68 million fund.

Richard Golden

Mr. Greenberg is Chairman and CEO of Bass River Tennis Corporation, as well as Chairman and CEO of Tennis-Line Sensors, Inc., originally the sister company to Hawk-Eye Innovations, best know for its "instant replay" in professional tennis. Prior to these responsibilities, Mr. Greenberg spent 26 years with Accenture where he retired as a Managing Partner. At Accenture, he specialized in leading large, complex projects and piloting new technologies and methodologies across diverse industries. Greenberg’s diverse leadership responsibilities ranged from developing the career management and capability enhancement approach for the America's Technology Group consisting of over 2000 professionals, to responsibility for the Global Chemicals Technology Practice, to serving on the Executive Management Board of the $2 billion plus Global Resources Business Sector. He provides guidance and support for private equity investments, primarily in the "green" arena.
